ViewDigs for Property Owners: On our site your property is not just another listing. Through the power of video and the expertise of our production team we make you the star of the show. But we don’t stop there! We customize your video, highlight your neighborhood, stream and syndicate your tour over a wide network of platforms and – most importantly – we do it at a reasonable cost. ViewDigs is founded by Kim Waldauer, who has over 15 years of filmmaking, award-winning digital media content production and residential property management experience. She created her first video tour for a two-bedroom apartment in Hollywood, after spending over 20 minutes on the phone with a potential renter who wanted a walk-through. On the phone. As in, “How many steps does it take you to go from the living room to the kitchen? When you say large closets, how many suits could fit in there comfortably?” She figured there must be a better way that would make everybody happier. The next day she shot a video tour, posted it online…and within 24 hours it was rented!

Kim has assembled a team of videographers, editors, and web developers to create a dynamic web based tool for the prospective renter and property manager that will change the way people search for places to live.
